Marian Oancea is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Languages at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
His expertise lies in digital business transformation and leadership within dynamic organizational environments. He earned a PhD in Political Science from the University of Bucharest, focusing his research on international relations.
With nearly a decade of interdisciplinary experience, Marian combines his knowledge of political science, digitalization, and business innovation. Beyond academia, he leads the Research, Innovation, and IT Department at the “Carol I” Central University Library and has held entrepreneurial leadership roles in the IT&C sector.
His teaching repertoire includes courses such as Digital Business Models, Fundraising for Business, Leadership, and Digital Transformation. Additionally, Marian actively engages with industry and policy-making to address emerging global challenges and technological disruptions.
