Florin Grosu is the co-founder of Traderion, a startup that provides a talent management platform for the financial industry. Currently, the company collaborates with the capital markets divisions of some of the world`s largest banks, which use the platform to train their interns and junior employees.

Florin`s responsibilities include business development and investor relations. Traderion graduated from the QC Fintech accelerator program in the US and subsequently received two investments from a group of US investors and from Seedcamp in London.

Florin Grosu is also the president of the Young Leaders Club, an association that organizes various events featuring professors from some of the world’s top universities alongside top executives from the US and Europe.
